Return & Refund Policy
Wrong, materially not-as-described, missing component, transit-damaged বা applicable defect-এর জন্য return/replacement request করা যায়। Product পাওয়ার 3 calendar days-এর মধ্যে order number, problem description ও clear photo/video সহ support@clickandbuy.online বা +8801329630560-এ জানান।
Used/Pre-owned product
Used product-এ disclosed minor use sign, surface mark বা packaging variation সাধারণত defect নয়। তবে wrong, damaged বা materially not-as-described হলে এই policy প্রযোজ্য। Product modify, repair, wash বা ব্যবহার না করে condition সংরক্ষণ করুন।
Cost ও refund
Our mistake হলে reasonable return cost Click And Buy বহন করবে। Customer-এর ভুল address, refusal বা change-of-mind হলে actual courier cost প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে। Inspection-এর পর approved refund একই বা agreed payment channel-এ করা হবে; provider processing time প্রযোজ্য।
