Available location ও product অনুযায়ী Cash on Delivery এবং approved mobile banking/payment instructions দেওয়া হতে পারে। Official instruction ছাড়া payment করবেন না; transaction reference সংরক্ষণ করুন। Screenshot পাঠালেই order confirmed হয় না—payment verification ও stock confirmation-এর পর confirmation পাঠানো হবে।
Refund ও security
Duplicate, failed, wrong-account বা unverified payment হলে দ্রুত support-এ জানান। Approved refund সাধারণত একই বা agreed payment channel-এ করা হবে; provider processing time প্রযোজ্য। OTP, PIN বা password share করবেন না।
